You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item as shipping/handling fees are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping/handling fees will be deducted from your refund.
You have 15 calendar days from date you receive an item to return it. You are responsible for the return shipping/handling fees. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt that came in the package as your proof of purchase. Also include the enclosed survey that tells us how to handle your refund and the reason you are returning the item. We value your feedback and this will keep us on our toes and allow us to fix whatever we need to fix going forward. If you have any questions regarding your return, please contact us at above email.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund, minus original shipping/handling fees. Your refund will be made to your credit card or in the original method of payment. Once a credit card credit is issued it will process according to your card issuer’s policies. A receipt for the refund will be sent to you via email or Postal Service according to your survey. You will receive a credit in the amount of your original shipping/handling fees that you can apply to anything in our store for up to 30 days from the date of refund.
